Questions? I’ve got you.

Shipping, iron-on tips, Velcro, digital files — the stuff people ask most.

📦 Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — US orders over $20 ship free. Under that, shipping is calculated at checkout, and there’s a low-cost option for single stickers and small patches.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely — I send parcels all over the world. International orders just go through me directly instead of the checkout.

Here’s why: postage to Canada and postage to Australia aren’t remotely the same price, and a big sticker costs more to send than a small patch even though it weighs less. Most shops paper over that with one inflated flat rate that overcharges nearly everybody. I’d rather quote you the real number.

How it works:

  • Message me with what you’d like and which country you’re in
  • I pull the actual live carrier rate for your address — no padding, no guesswork
  • You get a secure payment link to pay by card, right here on my site
  • I ship it out and send you the tracking number

Usually a same-day reply. Wherever you are, just ask.

How do stickers ship?

A single sticker goes out first class inside a rigid card so it arrives flat and uncreased. Larger sticker orders ship in a cardboard mailer.

How long until my order ships?

Everything is made by hand here in Oregon, so orders aren’t sitting pre-packed on a shelf. Most in-stock items go out within a few days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take longer — I’ll give you a realistic timeline when we agree the details.

If you need something by a specific date, tell me before you order and I’ll be straight with you about whether it’s doable.

My order hasn’t arrived. What now?

Once a parcel is with the carrier it’s out of my hands, but don’t just sit on it — get in touch with your order number and we’ll chase it together.

🫡 Patches

How do I apply an iron-on patch?

Place the patch where you want it, cover it with a thin cloth, and press with a hot, dry iron for 30–40 seconds. Let it cool completely before you test it.

For anything that gets heavy wear — a jacket you live in, a bag, work gear — I’d sew around the edges as well. Iron-on adhesive is great, but stitching is what makes it permanent.

Can I get Velcro on my patch?

Yes — just ask, it’s a small extra cost. You’ll get a hook-and-loop set that you cut to size and attach yourself.

I recommend E6000 fabric glue to stick it down, or you can sew it on. I don’t hand-sew Velcro onto patches anymore — it’s enormously time-consuming, and honestly the glue method holds great and is easy to do at home.

Iron-on or sew-on — which should I pick?

Iron-on is easier and fine for most things. Go sew-on if the item gets washed constantly, is stretchy, or is a material that doesn’t like heat (some synthetics and waterproof shells will scorch or melt).

⚡ Stickers

Are the stickers waterproof?

The die-cut vinyl ones are, yes — waterproof and UV-resistant, so they hold up on water bottles, laptops, car windows and bumpers without fading.

A few designs are marked intended for indoor use on their listing. If it says that, keep it out of the weather.

What does “holographic” actually look like?

The vinyl has a rainbow shimmer that shifts as it catches the light. Photos genuinely don’t do it justice — it looks better in person than on a screen.

🧵 Digital embroidery files

Which file formats do I get?

Designs come with PES, DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3 and XXX included, which covers just about every major machine. Each listing states the design size and stitch count — check those against your hoop before you buy.

The download is a zip file — is that right?

Yes. Files are compressed, so unzip the folder before loading anything onto your machine.

Can I sell what I stitch from your files?

The files are licensed for personal use. If you’re after something for commercial use, message me and we’ll sort out terms.

Can I return a digital file?

No — downloads can’t be un-downloaded, so digital items are non-refundable. That’s why I list formats and sizes on every product; if you’re unsure whether it’ll run on your machine, ask me first and I’ll happily check.

🎨 Custom orders

Do you take custom work?

Always. Bring me your design, your band, your logo, your inside joke — patches, stickers or laser-cut pieces. Custom colors, personalized gifts and photo pieces are all doable.

Send it through the contact page with a rough size, any colors you want, and reference art if you have it. Even a rough phone photo helps.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale — they’re made specifically for you and can’t be resold. I confirm the details with you before I start so there aren’t any surprises.

If it turns up damaged or isn’t what we agreed, that’s a different story and I’ll put it right. Full details on the returns page.

⭐ The shop

Is this stuff really handmade?

Yes. Every patch, sticker and laser-cut piece is designed and made by me in Oregon — no drop shipping, no middleman, no warehouse. Small variations in stitch, thread shade and wood grain are part of handmade work, not defects.

You’re on Etsy too — what’s the difference?

Same workshop, same hands, same goods. The Etsy shop has years of reviews on it if you want to see what other people thought before ordering. Buying here means more of it goes to me instead of the platform — and I can be a lot more flexible on custom work.

Still stuck?

If your question isn’t here, just ask — it comes straight to me.
